Terms of Service

parkdomaincpa.com ("parkdomaincpa") provides the following terms of service which the member must accept ("Agreement") in order to join and participate in parkdomaincpa ("Program").
Members may complete offers provided by third-party advertisers ("Third-Parties") in return for monetary compensation provided by parkdomaincpa. These terms are subject to change by parkdomaincpa at anytime without notice.

Description of Service
parkdomaincpa gives free membership to any users who want to earn money by completing third-party offers listed by parkdomaincpa.

Third-Parties
parkdomaincpa is not responsible for any content provided by Third-Parties and your participation in their programs is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
parkdomaincpa.com will never charge you membership fees, however you must be aware that some third-party advertisers may require payment of some variety in order to complete their offer.
Members will be solely responsible for any charges incurred by participation of these Third-Party programs.

Member Obligations
Members must agree to fulfill their obligations and accounts found to be in violation of these obligations will be removed without compensation or notice.
1.) Members must be at least 18 years of age, and that would apply to subaffiliates/members of our program, that account must been approved as an active publisher in our network.
2.) Members must be truthful and complete with information provided to parkdomaincpa and its third-party advertisers.
3.) Members must never participate in illegal activities with the intention of advertising or mentioning parkdomaincpa.
These activities include sending unsolicited email (SPAM). 4.) Members can only participate in the Program so long as they are in accordance with all federal, state, local, and all other applicable laws.
5.) Members must never use parkdomaincpa and its Program to participate in any fraudulent, illegal, or patently unethical activities.
6.) parkdomaincpa allows only one account per person, so members may never have multiple accounts.
7) parkdomaincpa allows only one account per Household
8.) Members may never refer themselves via multiple accounts.

Payment
Member's payments are currently processed on a net-30 basis.To your paypal account(That Must Be A Verified Account)The Location and name on your paypal account must match your profile @ parkdomaincpa.com
A member will recieve payment on the 25th - 30th of each month when their account has reached the current minimum of $50.
parkdomaincpa makes no guarantee regarding the timeliness of payments in the event of interferences which affect parkdomaincpa's ability to process payments.
These interferences include but are not limited to late third-party payments and technical difficulties. parkdomaincpa reserves the right to inspect each Member's account activity before payment to verify the integrity of Member's activities. Any member found to be cheating or providing false information will not be paid and their membership in the Program terminated. Additionally, member payments come from revenue generated by Third-Party advertisers. While parkdomaincpa makes every effort to secure revenue generated, if, for any reason, an advertiser does not pay parkdomaincpa, parkdomaincpa reserves the right to withhold the Members share of said revenue until payment is received from the advertiser in question. In the unfortunate and unlikely event this happens members will receive an email from parkdomaincpa advising them of the payment delay.

Non-Liable
parkdomaincpa will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the parkdomaincpa program, even if parkdomaincpa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Non-Commitment parkdomaincpa will at no time have any commitment toward any member, past or present. parkdomaincpa may at anytime, for any reason, with or without notice, discontinue the Program for one or all of its members.
After said discontinuation, parkdomaincpa remains without commitment to any member, past or present, of the Program.
Account Termination Members may request termination of their account by sending an email to admin@parkdomaincpa.com with their member name and reason for requesting termination. Additionally, parkdomaincpa may terminate all accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement, or inactive accounts. An inactive account is defined as an account that has not been accessed in 90 days.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold parkdomaincpa and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your membership and/or participation in parkdomaincpa, your use of the Program, your connection to the Program, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
